TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. A 25 % non refundable deposit is required when reserving outside of 2 weeks. 2. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date to confirm the booking. 3. Cancelling within 2 weeks of the event: a. There is a no refund policy but may be rescheduled upon the performer's agreement and availability. 4. Cancelling within 48 hours of the event: a. A $45 rescheduling fee upon the performer's agreement and availability. 5. In the event that the performer is unable to fulfill their obligation due to an emergency: a. A replacement talent will be offered or a full refund. 6. In the event that the performer arrives and the Guest of Honor is not on site: a. A $45 rescheduling fee upon the performer's agreement and availability. 7. Safety and Respect for the performer: a. It is the contact person's responsibility to ensure the party is ready for the scheduled performance. b. A fee of $20 for every 15 minutes will be charged beyond a 15 minute grace time. c. The safety of the performer is paramount and the responsibility of the contact person. d. If the performer believes that his/her safety is being compromised, the performer reserves the right to "leave" with no refund. 8. Waiver: Sub-contracted performers will practice caution and control, as much as possible, during their performance. Scheme A Dream assumes no responsibility or liability for any charges or damages as a result of an unintended accident for the sub- contract.
